1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 88cf (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise makes use of the services offered at https://88cf.cam.

88cf is an online betting and live casino platform designed to serve Pakistani players and international users in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. The Platform offers sports betting — including cricket markets covering PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, Pakistan international fixtures, football and UFC — alongside live casino tables, premium slot content and instant games.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 88cf, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you — at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are not a Prohibited User and are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering as an agent, nominee or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer or director of 88cf or any affiliated entity, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been granted.
• You have not previously had an account on 88cf that was suspended, closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

4 Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

To access the full functionality of 88cf — including deposits, withdrawals and participation in promotions — you must complete the registration process and, where required, the identity verification (KYC) process.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, including a valid email address.
• Each User is permitted one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 88cf accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KYC verification is required before withdrawal requests can be processed. The following documents may be requested:

• Primary ID: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card — both sides) or a current passport bio-data page.
• Proof of Address (where required): A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months displaying your registered name and address.
• Liveness Check: A selfie or short liveness video matching the submitted identification document.
• Payment Method Verification (where applicable): Evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund the account.

Verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. 88cf reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following usage conditions:

• The Platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of eligible Users. Commercial use, resale or systematic exploitation of Platform content or data is prohibited.
• You may access the Platform only via standard, unmodified web browsers or official Platform applications. Use of bots, scrapers, automated betting software or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or extract odds data is prohibited.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or account control mechanism on the Platform.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Use of the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of deposits or any dishonest manipulation of payment processes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening conduct directed at any 88cf staff member or fellow User.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from 88cf.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at 88cf's discretion.
• Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned for user familiarity only. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support of gambling services by those institutions. Users must confirm available deposit channels within the Platform cashier.
• 88cf does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Processing timelines are indicative and vary by membership tier and payment method. Standard processing is within 24–48 hours; Priority and Instant tiers apply to Gold and Diamond members respectively.
• 88cf reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in an account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address in advance.

The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions denominated in other currencies may be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. 88cf is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of any transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

88cf offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general provisions of this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is issued. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) and eligible games are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Promotion Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be stacked or combined. Only one bonus may be active per User at any time.

• Modification & Withdrawal of Offers: 88cf reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse Prevention: Users found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage or exploiting promotion structures — will have all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• VIP / Loyalty Programme: Tier benefits, cashback rates and birthday rewards referenced on this Platform are illustrative unless confirmed within the active VIP programme terms. 88cf may alter tier thresholds and benefits at any time.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the Platform's cashout feature.
• 88cf publishes odds in good faith. In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., a cricket match at odds of 1000/1 due to a data feed error), 88cf reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live / in-play betting is offered on selected events. In-play odds update in real time; the User is responsible for confirming the accepted odds at the time of wager confirmation.
• Cricket market types available on 88cf — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under, Player Performance and in-play markets — are for entertainment purposes only. 88cf has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or governing body.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on individual game information pages.
• Casino bonuses, free spins and related promotions are governed by the specific terms attached to each offer. Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category and are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 88cf is not liable for any technical malfunction that interrupts a game session. In such cases, wagers placed during a confirmed session will be resolved according to game-state data recorded at the time of interruption.

9 Responsible Gambling Obligations

88cf is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, controlled gaming environment for all Users.

• Self-Assessment: Users are encouraged to regularly assess whether their gambling behaviour remains within personal limits. Gambling should at all times remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the account dashboard. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the Platform's responsible-gambling settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per session or per defined time period. The Platform will prevent further deposits once the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary account restriction ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks through the responsible-gambling settings.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88cf Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, odds data and marketing materials — is the property of 88cf or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88cf.
• Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of any content or odds data from the Platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88cf, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, even if 88cf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of Services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure or events beyond 88cf's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or reliability of third-party data feeds, sports results or odds information provided on the Platform.
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from a User accessing or using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88cf makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

88cf reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions or referral programmes.
• Conduct harmful to the integrity of sporting events covered by the Platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated Account Balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, 88cf reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and, where appropriate and legally permissible, Real Money Balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 88cf support via email at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any available Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified in applicable promotion terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and/or licensed, which may not be Pakistan. 88cf does not confirm or deny the applicability of Pakistani law to these Terms; Pakistani Users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations under both these Terms and local legislation.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 88cf's internal complaints process. Users may submit a complaint to [email protected]. 88cf will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to arbitration or the dispute-resolution mechanism prescribed by the Platform's licensing authority, where applicable. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

88cf reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via:

• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage or login page.
• An email notification to the registered account email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date. The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
